Reports

The Customer Dashboard features a Reports tab - a dedicated view that gives you direct access to creative and source app performance data, with the down-funnel metrics that matter most.

With Reports you can:

  • Break down performance by campaign, creative, creative type, ad size, or source app
  • View down-funnel metrics including D7 CPA, D7 ROAS, and more
  • Customize your table columns and export results to CSV
  • Visualize spend and KPIs over time with interactive charts
  • Save preset views with filter and dimension combinations for quick access

Quick Navigation

The Reports tab is accessible from the top navigation of your Customer Dashboard. Reports is one of three performance views in your dashboard:

  • Overview - high-level spot metrics across your campaigns (previously named Analytics)
  • Cohorts - deeper analysis into cohort windows
  • Reports - advanced breakdowns into campaign, creative, and source app performance

Data in the Reports tab is available for the past 6 months.

Dimensions control how your data is broken down in both the table and chart. You can select one Dimension and an optional Sub Dimension.

Available dimensions:

  • Campaign
  • Country
  • Creative
  • Creative type
  • Creative size
  • Source app

Applying Filters

All dimensions are available as filters. Additional filters include:

You can click ‘Reset Filters’ to go back to the default start state with ‘Campaigns’ as the primary dimension.

Saving Presets

Presets let you save your current filter and dimension selections for quick access in future sessions. Presets are saved per user and are not shared across accounts.

To save a preset:

  1. Apply your desired filters and dimensions.
  2. Click the 'Presets' dropdown in the filter bar.
  3. Select 'Save Preset' and enter a name.

To apply a saved preset, open the 'Presets' dropdown and select it from the list. To delete a preset, select it from the dropdown and click 'Delete'.

Table

The table displays performance data broken out by your selected dimension(s). By default, the table is sorted by highest spend and includes a Total row at the top. All columns are sortable.

Default properties vary by dimension. Default metrics shown for all dimensions:

  • Spend
  • % of Spend
  • Impressions
  • Clicks
  • Installs
  • App Events
  • CPM
  • CPC
  • CPA
  • Revenue
  • D7 CPA
  • D7 ROAS

When viewing cohorted metrics, UA campaigns are cohorted by installs and RE campaigns are cohorted by clicks. The dashboard includes trailing events, which is why you may see events for campaigns that are paused.

Customizing Columns

To add or remove columns, click 'Edit Columns' in the table header.

  • Metrics - in addition to the default metrics, you can add or remove the following
    • Win rate, ITI, IPM
    • Cohorted CPA, ROAS and Revenue for D1, D3, D14, D30
    • UA campaigns are cohorted by install, while RE campaigns are cohorted by clicks
    • Some metric definitions are available via hover tooltips on each column header
  • Properties - certain properties are only available when relevant dimensions are selected
    • Campaign dimension: Campaign state, Campaign ID, Campaign type, Campaign tracker, Campaign product
    • Creative dimensions: Creative state, Show images, Creative language, Last paused, Last enabled, Video duration

Exporting Data

To export the table, click the 'Download' icon in the filter bar. Next, choose whether you'd like to export the current table view, or break out the data by day, week, or month.

Chart

The chart visualizes spend over time alongside a KPI line, broken out by your selected dimension.

Default chart view:

  • Left Y axis — Spend (stacked bar)
  • Right Y axis — CPI (line)
  • X axis — Date (daily frequency)

Customizing the Chart

Click the 'Edit Chart' icon to customize:

  • KPI — select from CPI, D7 CPA, D7 ROAS, D30 CPA, or D30 ROAS
  • Frequency — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
  • Chart Type — toggle between Stacked Column (actual spend) and 100% Stacked Area (spend as a percentage of total)
  • Group Spend — break out the spend bar by your Dimension or Sub Dimension; displays the top 10 values with remaining data grouped into 'Other'

Note: By default, only fully baked cohort data is shown in the chart. Incomplete cohort windows are excluded unless you select 'Include incomplete cohorts', which displays affected time periods with a dashed line.
